Crawfish King started in 2009 with a simple idea: bring the soul of a Louisiana seafood boil to the Pacific Northwest, with a Vietnamese twist.
We traveled to New Orleans, Houston, Las Vegas, and Santa Ana — studying Cajun traditions and blending them with Vietnamese seasonings passed down through family.
Growing up, seafood was how the family came together. Blue crab was always the centerpiece. That spirit of gathering around great food lives in every plate we serve.
Now on Capitol Hill, we're proud to be Seattle's first and premier seafood boil. Every sauce is cooked to order. Every ingredient is sourced fresh. And every guest is treated like family.
